Shipping Coverage
Pawpverse currently ships only within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing, Transit, and Cut-Off Timeframes
To ensure full clarity, all shipping-related timeframes are outlined below in one place.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Transit (Shipping) Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time begins after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Including processing and transit, the total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.
This includes 2-3 business days for processing and 3–6 business days for transit.
Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00). Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fee
Pawpverse charges a flat shipping fee of $9.99 per order.
- The shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout
- No additional shipping charges are applied after checkout
- The amount shown at checkout is the final amount the customer pays
Shipping Methods
Pawpverse ships orders within the United States using reliable and well-established shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Orders may be shipped through one or more of the following carriers, depending on destination, service availability, and delivery efficiency:

- USPS
- UPS
The shipping carrier is selected automatically based on the most suitable option for your order. Carrier selection does not affect the processing time or estimated delivery timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped, regardless of the carrier used.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking information.
- Tracking details are sent via email once the order is dispatched
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active
- Customers can monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking link
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- Address changes can only be requested before the order is shipped
- Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Pawpverse is not responsible for delivery delays or failure. Customers are responsible for issues caused by incorrect address details.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect address information, or unforeseen transportation disruptions. Pawpverse is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item. Prompt reporting allows us to assist more efficiently.
