Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for approval.
The return window begins once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be in its original condition
- The product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The product must not show signs of damage caused after delivery

Step 3: Return Label Provided
After approval, Pawpverse will issue a return shipping label and send it to you via email. Customers must use the provided label to send the item back.
Step 4: Send the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original condition and attach the provided return label. Once shipped, please keep the tracking information for reference.
Step 5: Inspection & Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin according to our refund timeline.
Change of Mind After Purchase
If a customer changes their mind after purchasing, a return may still be accepted as long as the item meets all eligibility criteria and the return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are treated the same as standard returns and must be unused and in original condition.
Return Shipping & Labels
For approved returns, Pawpverse covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid return shipping label via email. Customer can download and print that label and return the item.
- A return shipping label will be provided by Pawpverse
- Customers must use the provided label to send the item back
- No additional shipping charges will be required from the customer for approved returns
Returns sent without authorization or without using the provided label may not be accepted.
Wrong Item Ordered by Customer
If a customer orders the wrong item by mistake, Pawpverse will still accept the return as long as it meets the eligibility criteria and the request is made within the return window.
In such cases:
- Pawpverse will cover the return shipping cost
- A return label will be provided
- The item must be unused and in original condition
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, Pawpverse will handle the return and resolution accordingly.
Restocking Fee
Pawpverse does not charge any restocking fee on approved returns.
If your return request meets our eligibility criteria and is approved, the full eligible refund amount will be processed without any deductions for restocking or handling.
Our goal is to keep the return process clear and straightforward, so customers are not charged additional fees when returning eligible items within the allowed return window.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection approval
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
At this time, Pawpverse does not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, size, or style:
- Please return the original item
- Place a new order separately after the refund is processed
Order Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the return process instead.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be declined if:
